a macbook pro can already run logic like a beast mac pro is total overkill
@Robert Marsh Oh trust me, my specked out Macbook Pro from 2017 struggles to keep up with larger studio sessions with 200+ tracks full of memory intensive plug-ins. Something that the Mac Pro seems to have no trouble handling without the slightest latency or noise. Besides a Macbook Pro cannot be upgraded easily after purchase, can’t install pro audio cards like Pro Tools HD cards nor can it be cleaned internally easily be regular users. I’m looking for something for a professional recording studio not a bedroom studio. The Macbook pro is great for run and gun editing sessions on airplanes, back at home or starting a new project but trying to track with it can be a nightmare on big projects especially when it comes to fan noise. There’s a reason this beast costs a lot more than a Macbook Pro; I need it to do a lot more than what a Macbook Pro and the other Apple lineup currently can.

The most amazing thing is how easy it was. I changed on my 2018 Mac mini after watching ifixit videos like 12 times and it took me a couple of hours of sweating all the way to do it. But your right definitely worth it

You always make the best videos. The saving on RAM is the value of the stand. Great video. Would be great to see a custom graphics card. I’m getting the impression that you can buy an empty Macpro and kit it out much cheaper on your own?
