  1. The EU thing is about making batteries exchangable, so you can use your device longer than 2 years.
Also, what i still miss from my Lumias is the “Battery out, battery in, 2 more days to go”. On a 5 day business trip 2 batteries are lighter and easier to handle hat cable, plug (international also an adapter), moving hotel furniture to get the plug close to the bed … instead cover off, battery out, battery in, cover on … go.

  2. ARM based Macs have been “on the horizon” for many years for all the same reasons. It will happen eventually but admittedly not for another year or more

    • That’s how I feel. I am really only concerned for the software to be reliable once we make the shift to ARM CPUs on Mac PCs.

  3. “ARM based Macs on the horizon” is almost analogous to “Fusion reactors are just 10 years away…”

  4. “Err…mmmm…errr…Maybe just making the desk a little more clean” Haha! You think! That’s the stuff of nightmares!

  5. Removable batteries lead to longer usage times for iPhones. For those who don’t want to upgrade every other year… Less electronic waste, better for the climate, man!

  6. That thumbnail though… I thought he was a guest on the show!
Cool video though, looking forward to see what the new iPad Pro’s have, also plan on a new iPhone this year but one of the cheaper ones, not the thousand dollar models!

  7. I’ve been saying it for years now (and wrong for years now) but with iPadOS getting more capable, rumors about the trackpad keyboard for the iPad, with rumors about ARM laptops, I finally might not be wrong this year and Apple might (re)introduce the Macbook, same body as the Macbook they just discontinued, but with a touchscreen, ARM, and running iPadOS. I’m probably still wrong though lol.

  8. Nice video. Not surprised about the ARM chips. Just a matter of when Apple has them ready to put in their Macs. Also, the Mac OS will likely need to be updated or rewritten to support the ARM. Wondering if Windows will be able to run on them through programs like Parallel, which will mostly also need to be rewritten.
