Worst idea ever regarding the example shown. Why not hold your phone that shows you the camera
Uh… I see a couple problems with this as a filmmaker/videographer: 1) Your DSLR *already* has an articulating screen! 2) This would prevent you from charging your phone while you record, and 3) There are better rigs you can buy to secure your iPhone to use it for filmmaking or photography for that matter.
