Kinda Apples and Oranges tbh. You can use both. Premiere integrates well with with AE, but you can still use FCP X. Have you ever considered Motion?

Extra nit-picky tip. Since you increased the size of the text and the anchor point isn’t in the middle, the text isn’t exactly in the centre of the screen. To fix that, drag the text down slightly until the yellow lines indicate and it snaps to the centre.

Why not to make such a card in Motion and use it as a whole object in FCP?
