android watch is wirelessly charged for the past years. You just need to
place it on the magnetic charger and thats it. This is old as hell
technology that they made even worse by making it charge slower at the cost
of using your watch while charging it. Honestly I hate the fact its
magnetic. Im happy with my $100 moto 360 that has been able to do far more
than the apple watch would ever be in the next years.

Does it matter if i leave the watch on charger for a long time like when i

I like to charge mine up all the way then take it off the charger, power it
off, and put it in the plastic box it comes in but thats just me. I don’t
imagine you’ll have any problems leaving it charging all night, however.
