You mean an installer? No, it is “possible” to boot Windows from an external drive, although it’s not very straightforward.

What’s the difference between installing Catalina the way you just describe from a USB vs not quitting the install process after it downloaded from software updates in preferences?
There’s no real difference. It’s just giving you the flexibility to install from USB, along with the advantages that stem from that install method.
Is it possible that after making The bootable USB as you show us in the video ,can I install it on a window PC???

Once you make the bootable drive, can you use Mac OS from the drive ítself, or will it prompt you to install Catalina after you boot into the drive?
