     as you have a computer with itunes on it.

     launch itunes. After that you should get an alert from iTunes about
     restoring the phone/device.

    • Doesn’t work if it is iCloud locked. If find my iPhone is turned on.

    • +Antoinette Lee correction. Just had to do it twice, and it cleared the
      iCloud lock too.
