One of the things most of you pundits never talk about is that Apple’s changes to IOS/UNIX for the most part normals never see, or use. They live in a KISS world, and love the fact that things do not change, and they know where everything is that they have used over the years.
Now Apple may change something under the hood of the GUI. Thing is unless normals go looking for it they will never know a change took place.
Pundits who just like change for changes sake do not understand most normals. We just want some thing that works each, and every time we go to use it. We want it to work the same. KISS!
When my son was ten years old he was along with me when I had to go purchase a new starter for my car. In all my years of owning a car never had a starter go out. Now the person who sold me the part said he sells a lot of these starters compared to the model years prior, and after the model year of my car.
My son asked why they changed the part? I told him it was because of design engineers. If they did not change the design of the part they would no longer have a job.
So pundits are like design engineers always wanting to change things. Even if they work just fine.
