No, do not upgrade your iPad Mini 2 any further, or else it’ll lag and wont
support the ios. So stay stay stay there on 8.1.2

This is very annoying. Apple should fix the annoying lag when you have
quite a few tabs open in safari, if you click on one of the tabs it
sometimes lags to go onto the tab, and if you are on one the tabs and press
on the square on the bottom right hand corner it can also sometimes lag for
it to respond to bring up all the tabs. It is very annoying. Thankfully, I
am not the only person this happens too. This happens to all my friends
too. Apple should fix this. It is quite annoying. Other than that there’s
like no lag in the apps or anything

Dammit this wait… need jail brake to downgrade my old 4s(running iOS
