  1. Had one for a week and returned. Screen is absolute CRAP. Don’t waste your money.

    • Canadian Bearded Hillbilly that why is a budget iPad. Something you by for a kid or your grandma. The screen should net be that bad if you moved from an iPad 4 and below.

    • That’s rubbish – 1) If you wanted the top screen you go to the PRO model. 2) For the price, it is a very good screen. I’ve had the 2017 a few weeks now and it’s still great colour, brightness, and clarity. And I also have the 12.9 inch pro so I know the difference.

  2. This comes so timely!! Thank you for the review update. Thinking about upgrading my mom’s iPad from the 2nd Gen..

  3. Bro: STOP IT!! I have an Air 1 and this video is making me want to spend money!! Great work. I’m really enjoying the channel.

    • Michael willever the Air 1 audio experience is the best of all iPads and iPhones (headphone audio, speaker audio)

  4. I bought this for my mum who had an iPad 3 until now. She cannot believe how fast iOS can be lol. What a super awesome decision by Apple to price it like it.

    • I recommend you do if you don’t care about keyboard or pencil but only after checking the device yourself since the weight difference is huge

    • Not really. This just came out a month and a half ago. Apple isn’t going to release anything in this price range any time soon. The next releases will be high end models, and the people looking for those won’t buy this anyway.

    • iPad Air 2 CPU is kind of old and my Air 2 lags quite often. I don’t have the iPad mentioned in the video, but since it runs a more updated CPU then I would assume it wouldn’t lag nearly as much as the Air 2. Even though I don’t have this one, I would recommend you get it.

  5. I think the sound on the 2017 iPad is deep and rich? Yes, I miss not having the same stereo landscape balance of my 7 but the tone is definitively better? Maybe compare yours to another 2017 iPad to make sure there isn’t a problem.
