Great to hear end of notch without losing functionality of all the front sensors
Hole punch cameras are incredibly awkward looking to me
mini is best phone size that is easy in/out of pocket and features easy 1 handed. Could care less about size or location of notch
If the iPhone 14 is notchless this year then I’m definitely trading my iPhone 12 Pro Max in for it to upgrade

@Nicholas not even a obsession. What’s wrong with having a all screen display that looks aesthetically pleasing like other smartphones on the market? 5yrs with the notch it’s time to move on.

i was daily driving my 12 Mini for well 2y now, will upgrade to the 14 Max now i do love the small factor of the Mini though but if i have to go bigger i’ll go all out
Never gonna happen but I really would like to get mini pro with 3 lens. I have 13 mini and it is the perfect size.
To discontinue the iPhone mini when it makes the most sense really disappoints me. Because the only reason I didn’t kept my mini was because of the notch introduction in such a small screen.
IMO, huge mistake getting rid of the iPhone mini. As consumers we should want/request the mini if only to have another option and keep the price point down. I can only imagine how expensive the 14 will be because there won’t be a mini option.
I wish they didn’t, my hands are small and the minis are perfect for me.

Still using a 6+ the last few phones feel like a house brick by comparison. If they loose the camera bump it’ll be a breeze block in your pocket
Not interested in foldables but I’m curious to see if apple can engineer around the obvious drawbacks of having a plastic display with no solid glass screen
I hope that the power switch will placed on the top to envoy accidentally make screenshots. And maybe an fingerprint under the screen together with face id? And of course keep the lightning connection for my external DAC for much better sound.
I am definitely on the train when apple releases a foldable. Others also do a good job for now, like zflip3 but as a person who is deeply into the apple ecosystem an android wouldnt make sense to me. I am sure apple will do a great job (unless they make a vertical flip phone)
An apple foldable phone would only catch my interest if its a form-factor like the zflip 3 where you get a small tablet-like experience (possibly with ipadOS?)
