25 Comments on LG DualUp Monitor | PERFECT display for MacBooks?

  1. I am a professional composer and music professor who writes a lot of orchestra music. and this is IDEAL for looking at orchestra scores.

  2. I love this monitor so much I bought 2 of them. I have a caldiget hub and run a hdmi to usb c cable to both of them and 2 iPad pros m1 connected through usb con the back of each monitor. Also a 75 inch LG tv l have 4 screens up including the m1 MacBook Pro , its a beast with these dualup monitors and apples monitor support. .

  3. I like he 43” 4k monitor I have. I would love apple to do a 32” mini led screen as good as the laptop screen though.

  4. Thanks for the video! When connected to Macbook Air M1 2020, does the text appear blurry or does this monitor not have that issue with M1?

  5. I’m studying interior design and architecture! This will be perfect for me to have sketchup / 3DS Max on one screen and enscape / VRay on another!

  6. Did you use the OnScreen LG software on your mac in tandem with DisplayLink software? Really love this display but need to research it beforehand. I’m thinking of adding this to my iMac M1

  7. I think one more downside to add is that it does not support native scaling. If you use the HiDPI resolution, either the fonts are too small or too big.

  8. I create music and use Protools and that usually takes up tons of real-estate. This looks like it will be my new pick up for my music production set up.

  9. Can two of these monitors be daisy chained and be able to work with M2 MacBook air? Assuming this monitor does have thunderbolt ports.

  10. If it was 220 dpi then I would be totally interested. I really want three x 24 inch (4.5k) displays in portrait mode fused together as a one 8k display
