The volume has not changed at all. The iPhone 8/SE seems louder than my iPhone 11 and my iPhone 11 is just as loud as my mom’s iPhone 12 Pro Max. I have compared it and the iPhone SE is just really loud. I’m not saying that the iPhone 11 and 12 Pro Max is quiet, but the iPhone SE was just significantly louder. The iPhone SE is just as loud as the iPhone 8.
the music is way too loud for the test … use music through the phones instead of white noise
what you u really need to measure is the dynamic range. not simply the volume.
Interesting results. I upgraded from an 11 Pro Max to a 13 Pro Max and the only difference I noticed was the audio was far more balanced when holding the phone horizontally.
What about iphone se? Is it also 103 db?
No realistic test here tho is it
