WHY DID APPLE KILL THE AIRPORT EXTREME? I loved the design so much. Its was different from the other routers. I will use my Airport Extreme as long as i can. I just HATE the design of other routers like this one. But this router i would choose if i could not ise my AP Extreme anymore.
Impressive, to this very moment I thought nothing currently in market could compete with the Linksys AC 5400
Yeah, that Linksys is a beast. This is around $100 cheaper.
Lan ports seem too high if you have on a flat surface, can’t even organize the cords underneath to make it look neat
What a monstrosity. And why are the USB ports upside down?
Such a shame that Apple moved away from another market segment they simply had brilliant products for.

If their packaging and presentation has any relationship to the time and quality spent on the product then count me out. Lol
So, wait. Has Apple actually made any indication that they’re hot bothering rith the AirPort anymore? All I saw was a couple rumors based on “evidence” no stronger than “Apple hasn’t updated the design in a while”. Everybody seems to have jumped on a bandwagon here with ZERO actual evidence.
