lol. another crowdfunding review. had a very bad experience with hard cider labs’ wireless charging mat from one of the videos last year – service & product, still waiting on actual shipment for the mopoint charger that was *supposed* to ship back in mid-august, and now this. it’s a pass. may check this out if/when they actually sell a product, and based on reviews… but not until then.

I used one of these style of magnetic chargers on my MBP2017 and it blew the logic board. Would have cost me £900 to fix but fortunately Apple covered it. Never again

Total cost was less than one of these USB Type C cables that don’t yet exist.
