We have very similar set ups, I use the 24” ultrafine daisy-chained to an older 22” inch one with my MBP for my main work flow. I ended up going with the moshii cable to connect my gaming pc (3700X+5700XT). It is defintiely doable but the cable won’t transmit sound and there is some pretty bad screen tearing as the ultrafine’s are capped at 60 hz. That being said, still works well for gaming.
