When will they finally unveil this new iMac and all the other WWDC20 hardware
That sure is good news on the Thunderbolt!
Thunderbolt would be coming to AMD laptops as well. Btw USB 4 might be close to release and should be enough for most.
Why wouldn’t upcoming ARM Macs have thunderbolt? Back in the day where were huge differences between RISC and CISC chips, but not anymore.
My iPhone 11 Pro Max was lagging on photoshop express, and we’re gonna do arm MacBooks. What a joke. Cheap fools
USB4 can include thunderbolt 3 support as part of the standard, intel opened it up for this purpose, so Apple could just be Implementing USB4. Intel have a thunderbolt 4 standard, but it isn’t any faster, and seems to be more about defining higher standards for cables and such.
Can’t see the MacBook Air or Pros coming down in price. They’ll likely stay at the same price and will hopefully experience both a processing boost, as well battery life due to the greater energy efficiency that ARM will bring. Mini LED, if included, will mean any hopes of a price drop remain just that.
It’s funny how iPhone 12 pros will have 6 gb of ram while my Samsung s10e has that lol
What is that icon on that MacBook in the thumbnail? When I started up my MacBook Air, that icon showed up blinking and moving around randomly like a screen saver.
I would prefer AMD desktop CPU’s instead, over these weak reduced instruction set, mobile CPU’s and then pay premium.
Should I buy a new 2020 base 13” MBP with the free AirPods (education pricing) or should I wait for the next gen Arm MBP?
Cane for the Apple Thunderbolt info and left right after very happy. Thank you Miles.
My question is…… if I buy a Mac Pro now (cheese grater), will I be able to swap out the CPU with the Apple CPU?
Is there any chance you were in the spiderman movie?
no usb4 but tb4~
we even have thunderbolt on amd so what’s the deal , the whole videos are only to make a dollar
