  1. Nice build. Let us know if you are able to get Message to work and what features do not work as compared to stock apple.

    • Jim Martin Thats one of the things i hear that makes me dont even bother.
Also i’ve hear a lot of programs on MacOS dont work very well on Nvidia cuz they are not optimize for Nvidia on MacOS….. idk much about that.

    • PowerhousePR I built a hackintosh last year with older Nvidia GeForce gtx 460 and it work okay with Nvidia’s OS X web drivers. However I can’t get message to work due to non compatibility of bluetooth/WiFi setup

    • Jason well cuz mac is more professionalism an more for adults they are trying to keep their elegant image for like business an for Hollywood I don’t blame them gotta keep apple clean an elegant

    • 2 words: XBox …I long ago (dating myself: 1990s) tired of messing with the latest greatest graphics cards, Windows, drivers, incompatibilities, noisy tower PCs, yada yada… use a MacBook or iMac as a general purpose computer; use an XBox (sure, go ahead and substitute Playstation) for gaming. Life is good (better).

    • @CC …of course you can build a PC but as I indicated, I long ago tired with “messing” with it constantly… I prefer to just turn on my MacBook or XBox and get on with it… if you enjoy the process of building, rebuilding, configuring, reconfiguring, upgrading, fixing, etc. then, by all means, go for it and enjoy.

    • Well with hackintosh the possibilities is endless. Plenty of people run a dual boot windows/linux or a mac/windows setup on the same PC. There a lot of people who don’t like windows and like to do things on Linux, and they only use windows to game on.

    • Yes, his voice is the biggest asset to this channel. It’s tailor-made for most of us refined subscribers.

  2. Well, of course, we want an entire tutorial and then some on this new venture of yours. Also, after owning my first non-iOS Apple product (brand new 2015 MB Pro) for 10 weeks now, I can honestly admit to preferring a purely Apple made PC over a Hackintosh….for now. You, sir, had a heap to do with me finally taking the Mac plunge; thanks to your pleasant and informative Apple oriented overviews & reviews.

You’re a huge credit to YouTube techdom!

    • Last time I did a Hackintosh was in 2008 on an MSI netbook. Peripherals worked but not fully functional. Macbook Pro with Touchbar is BS IMHO. Could have used those resources to ramp up graphics and other I/O.
