7. Why do you keep talking about the MacBook Air? No one with a MacBook air is working with 4k or 8k. This is aimed at Pro’s. This drive costs more than a MacBook air throughout Europe. Would have made much more sense to have this with a MBPro.

     And the GPU doesn’t play a huge role in editing videos ….I have an i7 and 1070 gtx and while editing 4k in premiere with GPU acceleration enabled, it barely used 10% of GPU in the process while CPU usage goes upto 100%…

11. Hi Jeff! I’ve been contemplating buying this drive for the past week or so and I have a question: What are your thoughts on using it to install Windows on it — for gaming? I bought a 2018 MB Pro (i7/500GB/Vega 20) and don’t want to partition the internal drive to install Windows. Are there any limitations to having this configuration that u know of? I read on Reddit that some 2018 MB Pro owners are having issues with the fans not working properly when installing Windows on an external SSD. Any advice/ideas are appreciated, thanks!
