  1. until the thunderbold IV will be introduced this solution has no sense.. as the thunderbold’s 3 bandwidth is about the speed of PCIe x4 not PCIe 16 so you won’t use 30% of the graphic card like vega64…

    • In my opinion, it makes complete sense if you want to game on your Mac mini. What are your options otherwise? I’m guessing you’re going to say “don’t get a Mac mini” Well, that’s not who this is for. This is for Mac mini owners who want to game.

    • It’s pricey. For sure. This isn’t for everyone, but if you already own a 2018 Mac mini and monitor, you’re almost there.

  2. I have near the same setup, just with an RX580 inside my Razer Core X. Running Windows 10 through bootcamp and loving the gaming. Click one button and I’m back to cutting 4K video on the MacOS side of the house. Just a great dual purpose system!
