You might need to use your email and iCloud, or just go to your local Apple
store and ask for help.

To un-disable any phone you just have to back it up
does the phone (or other device) have to be turned on or off???
If this does not work:
1)Turn your Ipod/Iphone completely off.
2) Now hold the home button and plug the cable in(whilst holding the home
button).
3) As you plug the cable into your Ipod/Iphone it’ll get put into reset
mode.

on the pc you’re connecting the iPod to (easily found via google). When you
do that you just have to restore it to new (which means it deletes
*everything*)
