I’m in the minority that never minded the notch since it being leaked and introduced in 2017. I felt like it had a purpose with it’s Face ID technology and a lot of android manufacturers copied it but left out the face scanning technology out of it (which is when I start to hate the notch because it has no real purpose). I can’t wait for the new front design on the pro iPhones.
Tbf even if we didn’t have Face ID on iPhones there’d still be a notch for the camera and microphone and stuff
@ryan2 – no if there was no Face ID the notch would not be that big it would be a Camera hole punch you don’t need to punch the screen for a microphone lol

The notch doesn’t bother me and I don’t see how the new cutout makes a difference. That small portion of the screen will still be completely black for most apps and “a lot more substantial”.?? Get your eyes checked.
