It feels pretty good. Not as high quality as the Surface obv, but not bad for a $149 keyboard case.

The keyboard shortcuts are a big plus compared to the magic keyboard on the Pros.
chinito77 thats true. For me its perfect because i can attach keyboard and use only case with kickstand with i can’t on the magic keyboard. I’m happy for this keyboard because i have iPad Air i am happy for the first time i have iPad Air than iPad Pro.
I might hold out for your review Jeff when the Magic keyboard comes out! Which trackpad do you think will be better? Curious do they have a version of this for the 12.9” iPadPros? That Slope looks awesome. It says up to 10.3” though so not useable or any version for the 12.9? It’s magnetic?GRT vid as always sir

Downside to this case is that you can connect a flush mount hub while it’s in the case.

09:35 The bulky bumper case makes perfect sense now. It’s there to protect the iPad when it slips from your lap…. Overall a great product, can’t wait to get one for my iPad Air 3.
This is a really cool piece of tech. I liked it since I don’t feel I’ll be needing an iPad anytime soon. But an iPad 7 may work well with enough storage. (:
Just want to say you sold me when you connected the iPad with just the keyboard. I was on the fence and I didn’t even consider that as an option so thank you for answering that for me. I’m sure I’ll find a reasonably priced kickstand on Amazon, I’m much more interested in the keyboard and I prefer the space and weight saved over the protection.
