  1. The alternative being “thin but bad for typists”. It’s a good thing that the main function of a keyboard is not typing

    • Judging from prior keyboards with similar claims. Plus the backlight eats a lot of battery, hence the aggressive timeout.

  2. for me the Brydge Pro Keyboard still looks in design and functionility ability better and is the one which I will preorder (for the 12.9″ iPad Pro)

  3. Thicc as sin but it grows on ya. It’s actually a very very stable lap-able laptop shape. So if you like to just lay around or slouch like in a bean bag or something while leaving this to sit on your belly/chest, it’s the perfect thing. You also has no fears of the thing overheating because your shirt is blocking the fan intake like on real laptops.

  4. Hi Jeff… The is another viewing angle. Flip the back onto the base. It works great with my 12.9 IP

  5. What’s the obsession with cases being slim? I had the Apple Smart Keyboard but there was no protection whatsoever and the back magnetic was very weak. I would rather have a bulky case and be have my iPad fully protected than constantly having to worry about it.
