Instead of the power unit you suggested, the HyperJuice 66W smart charger is as good, USB-C and USB-A, and MUCH smaller. Good Choice on Logitech S2 but the new Logitech S3 and S3S (silent) family is the way to go. I use the MSOFT (sp) foldout stand without the adhesive (I would never adhere it to an expensive MacBook. Nice review, keep ’em coming.
Smaller isn’t the point — having the extra power ports and the built in cable is actually its own benefit.
For me it is the CalDigit TS4 Thunderbolt 4 Dock for my desktop solution to replace my iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2014) with 2TB SSD storage. Replaced it in March with the MacBook Air M1 chip with 8‑core CPU, 7‑core GPU, 16‑core Neural Engine, 16GB unified memory, 2TB SSD storage, with LG Ultra HD 5K Ultra Slim 27MD5KA-B Monitor on a black NB North Bayou VESA Monitor Arm Desk Mount. Apple did not offer store delivery on Studio Display at the time I mad my purchases.
Thing is I do not need a laptop, or use my M1 MacBook Air as a laptop except once in a blue moon. Why did I not purchase the Mac mini? Almost came down to flip of a coin M1 Mac mini, or M1 MacBook Air. Thing is with the M1 MacBook Air, and an external monitor like the Studio Monitor I can set these up in a two screen configuration if I want to. Also the M1 MacBook Air gives me the option to take it with me, and use remotely if I have the need.
Now why the extra money for the CalDigit TS4 Thunderbolt 4 Dock when the M1 MacBook Air only has a Thunderbolt 3/USB4 port? It is call the future. Down the road when Apple no longer supports the M1 MacBook Air and I move to a new host system feel the CalDigit TS4 Thunderbolt 4 Dock will still be able to do the job I need to have done for me.
The ASUS produce some great external displays. I have had the MB16ACV unit for some time and it is a high quality build and the colours are great. Excellent as a second screen when integrated into my Lightroom workflow. Always travel with me.

Just bought the MacBook Air M2 myself. So far I love it!!
The MX Master mouse is bigger and takes more space in a bag. But if you use it for long hours it is better for your wrist and it has the gesture button. For me it took about two weeks to get used to it, because I was not used to palm grip mouse. But once you get used to it, it feels much better. And the gesture button is really good for the same things you probably use the trackpad for (quick moving between spaces, expose etc.)

I cannot use my MacBook Air M2 easily without my large print keyboard as I’m low vision, and pretty severely such.
A no name brand off of Amazon, but it works great.
