  1. Probably Apple is afraid of the phone “overheating” (kind of) with 120Hz displays. Hopefully they will ad 240Hz touchinput rate, that would be a good compromise.

  2. Hopefully Apple will confirm the October event this week so we can mark our calendars. I am really excited about the iPhone 12 lineup. I am looking at an iPhone 12 model which will be the 6.1 inch range. Hopefully they keep product red around. I really like that color. Maybe they’ll consider doing a AirPods model in the product read along with a black option not just the standard white. That would be nice. Hopefully Apple will find a way to re-open all Apple stores despite a rise in COVID-19 cases.

  3. lightning is a more robust port than usb c,
also has a way higher plug rate,
some of my usb c devices are already loose.

    • Yes I know what you are saying. I have a LG g8 thinq and I can hardly keep it charging when I’m in my truck driving. It just keeps dropping off. Let me know if any one has a fix for this. My next phone will probably be and iPhone.

    • That’s funny because all apple products are Charging not USB C it’s all about the quality of the cord I’ve ran into lighting cords that lasted a week and felt lighter than the original. Just a thick usb-c and call it a day

    • @rotimi kayode you are incorrect, every connector has an engineered number of uses, this information is available on wikipedia and in the specifications of the connectors. Lightning has a far higher engineered plug rate than USB C, its just a fact.

    • dallion 435 that won’t happen because the lighting cable is the rise and shine of apple that make apple and andriod different….

  4. I’ll def be getting the mini, i absolutely hate how big phones have become lately, didn’t go with the new se because of the battery life.
