Wish you can get nudged about washing your hands other than when returning home. I try to wash them at least every hour if I haven’t left the building.
It does that
You set up the reminder to wash your hands in the iPhone settings. Look it up on Google.

Which features are missing on Series 3?
Serge Engine AOD, ECG, Fall detection, etc. The screen is also square. I highly discourage getting a S3 now.
I bought one last year, it’s still pretty great besides the battery life. I do wish there was hand washing detection.
Hand washing isn’t really working for me. It’s says I have to put my hand closer or my watch closer to the water. Even more as in this video.
I wish you could tap a bit more often as you do on the iPhone when wanting to get into the watch during sleep mode… I absolutely hate having to always turn the digital crown as it takes a bit of time until it finally does what it’s supposed to do and I don’t like using physical buttons and stuff so freaking much as it wears them down over time -.-
I have a series 4 and its almost useless since watchos7 update. No GPS mapping. massive battery losses which means I need to charge it almost twice a day! The hard press to clear notifications was a brilliant feature and that has been taken away just because the series 6 doesnt have the feature! I am holding out for an update to hopefully save my watch.
Sucks that siri can’t translate anything in Dutch..

I can’t seem to fit Watch OS7 onto my Apple Watch series 3…
Typical Apple must be 4 or higher. Which they don’t even sell anymore. Why still have s3 if nothing new in it
Watch faces and share s3 is terrible only new is artist and share is useless can’t get them.
I’m not sure if it’s due to watchOS 7 or iOS 14, but the route map of the new workouts I’ve tracked is not shown in the Fitness app since I updated my both devices. Only the start point location is displayed. It’s unacceptable that one of the main features of the Apple Watch, which is sports tracking, is missing right now. Apple must fix this bug immediately!
Half of the features won’t work on S3 or below 🙁
