Quest 2 with PCVR Half Life Alyx is 5+ years ahead of anything else. It has endless amazing user made workshop maps too (including remakes of Goldeneye maps).
The pinnacle of VR. But you do need a gaming PC to make it work, wireless works fine now too.
I hope they show the new CarPlay dual display. Possibly on the yet to be released BMW 5 series like they did with car keys

I want to believe its a vr headset. But even if it is, i doubt it’ll be something I can justify buying.
I use an M1 iMac, really hoping for a big update for the iMac, at its price point it should really have more power than a MacBook Air. if I didn’t have it, I wouldn’t be buying it now with it being so low powered compared to the MacBooks.
Nobody will succeed with VR until they fix the screen door effect, and no, it’s not perfect yet. Once VR has optics that make the visuals as clear as vision itself, they will succeed in creating a truly immersive experience. If Apple can make a “Retina VR” that makes the experience indistinguishable from reality itself (as if looking through your own eyes not a screen), then they will be the ones who will push for adoption. Meta, HoloLens, Magic Leap and any other VR/AR headset today is just a badly engineered “experience” that simply looks fake, for example, the joke Nintendo’esq that the Metaverse currently is.

There should be a new Mac Pro as last time when they introduced new Macs they finished they said there is only 1 Intel cpu computer left..
so im pretty sure we are going to see a new Mac Pro.

Honestly, the creative team behind that visual style for those invitations is ingenious.
Obviously it’s Apple Park, and the rainbow stage, but it’s so reminiscent of pancake lenses as well. I’ll be surprised if it doesn’t have anything to do with AR/VR.
(It seems very likely that is also could refer to broadband Wi-Fi.)
