  1. One of the best tips ever. Thank you so much. I never even knew it existed. I’ve had this problem in the past and now it’ll always be corrected.

  2. I recently added FCPX to my workflow (previously just using ScreenFlow for everything) for my channel to provide more flexibility. Final Cut Friday’s have been a big help (not to mention the various articles you’ve published including the one introducing MotionVFX and mCallouts). I would be interested in seeing an episode covering other MotionVFX tools you incorporate into your workflow. They have some amazing things.

    • Okay, will do. Glad this series is helpful for you. I use quite a few MotionVFX stuff from time to time. They have some really useful plugins. Thanks for your feedback.

  3. or use the crop feature on the lower left corner of the video ???? i always edit like that *facepalm*

  4. Thanks dude. I actually looked for a solution to this for several hours a couple of weeks ago after noticing I had mistakenly released a doc with a black line on one tiny clip. Super annoying. I fixed it but gave up looking for how to change the background. Thanks for the video!

  5. You look and sound just like the guy from Chocolate Rain.
Anyways, good tip. Never really thought about changing the color on the preview before.
