The description both in the video, and in the description box are a bit misleading. It initially seems as if this app is free to download, and according to your description above, PDFelement 6 has a paid version IF using the “convert scanned text documents into editable text” feature, however, the entire app only has a free trial if you sign up on the page your link goes to. Otherwise, this is an app that requires payment.

I tried that. That’ s how I realized that it requires payment. If I’m missing something, I’m open to learn how to access it.

I much rather prefer PDF Expert by Readdle, killer interface and much easier to annotate and edit PDF’s. I’ve tried both, no contest.

I’m a tad confused by your description of the app. Is PDFelement 6 free and PDFelement 6 Pro Paid?
I think I got it. Both are paid versions, yet Pro has OCR. Based on this video and your description, you make it seem as if one is free and other is paid. Please don’t write “Free download for X” if people have to pay for it.

Tried both PDFelement and PDF Expert. Personally think PDF Expert is better than PDFelement except that PDFelement has OCR function while PDF Expert does not.
Compared PDF Expert and PDFelement and decide to choose PDFelement. To edit and annotate, PDF Expert is much better. But OCR function is important to me. Also the other functionalities can meet my requirements.
